I'm fed up with stardoll screwing us over! Soooo... I'm writing a letter to them and I hope many of you will send it to... Here is the letter i'm gonna send:
Dear Stardoll,
I’m writing this letter to you hoping you will actually take the time to answer this one time, instead of another automated message…
Stardoll was once a great, awesome place to be! It really was all about (fame, )fashion and friends. Lately it seems it’s only about money. You keep on raising prices beyond what’s normal, you screw us over by letting us pay €1,50 for one week of superstar membership… it’s crazy!!! I know stardoll needs to earn money but this is getting out of control!
Of course we all understand you need to make some sort of profit but that doesn’t mean you have to turn into a bunch of greedy people? Stardoll was amazing, and still is pretty great but it’s going downhill fast… The lack of communication is without a doubt incredibly disturbing and really condescending towards us as members! As if we’re no longer worth any of your time and are, in your eyes just a bunch of dumb children. Which of course we are not and thus we should be able to get more involved with stardoll and what is going on. But there are numerous other things that are really starting to make stardoll worse and worse…
You mess up with numerous glitches, the quality of some of the clothes is beyond horrible, you suddenly take away the $1 a day thing without notice. There is a migliukee shop, then there is a matter of copyright infringement and again without notice or an explanation you suddenly take the entire store away. Some more recent examples are; that suddenly all the LE labels lose their numbers, a $275 dress is recolored and put up for sale at just $13, and thus basically stealing $262 (which is about €5,-) from the members who bought that dress. It’s kinda like buying a fake louis vuitton bag without knowing it… and then you forbid other people from scamming? This sounds like a mayor scam to me..
Christmas is the time of giving and u stardoll, should really take a lesson out of that… Because I’m sure you realise that without us as members you wouldn’t even be here? You wouldn’t be making ANY money at all… So I think the least that you can do for us is to stop taking away all those things that make stardoll a nice place.
I really hope you will bother to reply at least once, with some credibly answers and no lame excuses but REAL explanations and perhaps ask us for our opinions a bit more from time to time?
